About Southwick Allotments

Southwick Allotments are located off Frome Road, Southwick, near Trowbridge. Access is via a lane situated between the Farmhouse Inn and Teeside.

Southwick Allotment Association Limited (a company limited by guarantee) owns and manages 53 plots on the original site set up in 1996 and Wiltshire Council manages a further 64 plots on the adjacent site set up within the Southwick Country Park in 2009.

Southwick Allotment Association Limited’s membership is nearly 100 comprising of all of the plotholders and members from the original site which it manages and plotholders from the Wiltshire Council site, who are Associate Members. The Company is managed by 3 Directors assisted by a Committee of volunteer members and the ethos is to provide good quality, decent sized plots at a cost price.

Full membership costs £4 per person and provides access to hire equipment, an economically priced seed scheme and insurance.

Associate Membership costs £3 per person and excludes insurance.
